Different organisations have unique support requirements. With this in mind, the support that AirSupport provides can be tailored to match what suits your business.

AirSupport is your insurance policy. It delivers peace of mind in that any impact to productivity will be minimised.

We offer a customisable Support Agreement that meets your needs. AirSupport comes in three service levels: Standard, Plus or Premium. All of which can be tailored to meet your individual requirements. 

For example: some of your wireless infrastructure may provide coverage for a critical area of your business, an area that is impacted if the service drops. The exact same infrastructure in another area of your business may be less critical to business operations. In this case, we are able to provide a customised support agreement that provides a different service level, on the same type of equipment but recognising that some areas of require a higher level of response.
